Two sets of eyes. One checkpoint.
Every review pairs a native Sri Lankan speaker, a physician practicing in the United States, who verifies what the original is meant to say, with a U.S.-certified English teacher, a finalist for Mississippi Teacher of the Year, who makes sure the final English reads exactly the way an international guest expects.
Bilingual meaning verification on one side. Professional English instruction on the other. That combination is the checkpoint, and it's not something software or a translation service can replicate.
The challenge
Your international guests encounter English across every touchpoint.
What they see
- Signage and wayfinding
- Menus and pricing
- Policies and instructions
- Room materials
- Website and booking pages
What they read
- Booking confirmations
- Guest communications
- Promotional materials
- Social media
And this English frequently contains:
Awkward phrasing that reads like direct translation
Mistranslations that keep the words but lose the meaning
Inconsistent tone across touchpoints
Copy that confuses rather than welcomes
These aren't grammar problems. They're accountability problems.
Content moves from concept to translation to design to print without anyone owning the final checkpoint. No one verifies that the meaning is actually right, not just grammatically acceptable.
The cheapest moment to catch this is before your guests see it printed or published. That's where we come in. We own the checkpoint.
How we work
Three capabilities, one accountable checkpoint.
Bilingual Meaning Verification
Is the translation actually saying what you intend? We catch cases where the English is technically correct but the meaning is wrong. Our verification is led by a native Sri Lankan speaker, a physician practicing in the United States.
Native-Level English QA
Every guest-facing word is reviewed by a U.S.-certified English teacher, a Mississippi Teacher of the Year finalist, for clarity, tone, and brand fit. Not just grammar. We make sure it reads naturally to an international guest.
Human-Verified Accountability
We take responsibility for the final output. Every correction is verified by a human expert before you receive it. That checkpoint is what makes this different from AI-only solutions.
We position, not just correct
World-class hospitality demands world-class communication.
We understand what international guests respond to. Our audits reposition your Sri Lankan offerings so guests see opportunity, not confusion, and actually try the things that make your property special.
Seen across Sri Lanka
Guest-facing signage does a hard job here, often in three languages. English is the one your international guests judge you by, and it is usually the one nobody owned before print.
Every one of these is understandable. None of them had a final English checkpoint before print. That's the gap we close, before your guests ever see it.

Questions properties ask us.
Why not just use AI, like ChatGPT?
AI can beautifully rewrite a sentence. That's the easy part. But a mistranslation can sound perfect in English. AI will polish it, you'll publish it, and your guests will wonder why your menu sounds strange. AI has no way to verify that the meaning is right, and no one is accountable if it sounds off to your guests. Every piece of copy we deliver goes through human review. We verify the meaning, not just the grammar. We own the checkpoint.
How is this different from a translation service?
We don't translate. We verify meaning, tone, and brand fit in the English your guests already see, and we position unfamiliar items so international guests understand and want them.
Is this one invoice or two?
One. Audit, corrections, and implementation support are a single package. No separate remediation fee.
What exactly do you audit?
Everything your guests encounter: signage, menus, website and booking pages, confirmation emails, room materials, policies, and promotional content. What they see and what they read.
Do you work with our printer or designer?
Yes. We provide corrected copy your vendors can implement directly, and we coordinate with them at no extra cost.
Can we start small?
Absolutely. Many properties start with a Quick Review and expand to a full audit later. No lock-in.
What if we update menus and signage often?
That's what Annual Assurance is for. Send us new content and it comes back reviewed within 2 to 3 business days.
What counts as one item on the Partner Plan?
One item is one printed side, panel, or board of up to about 150 words: a banner, a sign, a poster, a flyer side, a label, or a single menu board. Larger pieces count by the page or panel, so a six-page menu is six items. Re-checking artwork after you apply our corrections is always free and never uses an item. Full websites, booking systems, and complete property materials are not Partner Plan items; those are quoted as a Guest Experience Audit.
Do you work outside Sri Lanka?
We currently specialize in Sri Lankan hospitality because of our deep cultural and bilingual foundation there.
Often pairs with Foundations services
